Parts & SMT

Component sourcing, assembly and inspection in one flow

We source components from your BOM and carry out SMT assembly. Comparing global distributors with domestic suppliers, we also help you find alternatives for hard-to-source parts.

How it works

One BOM covers parts sourcing and assembly. Bring your own boards, or order fabrication together.

Parts sourcing
Availability and lead time checked against orderable part numbers in your BOM. For EOL or scarce parts we propose pin-compatible alternates and proceed after your approval.
SMT assembly
Double-sided, chip parts down to 0402, QFN, BGA and connectors. Stencil fabrication and reflow profile handled by us.
Through-hole parts
Connectors, electrolytic capacitors and terminal blocks are hand-soldered after reflow. Larger quantities are quoted separately.
Inspection
Appearance, polarity and bridging checked after assembly, plus power-on continuity. Provide a test procedure and we run functional tests as well.

How it proceeds

  1. 1Upload BOM and placement

Upload the BOM (part number, quantity, designator) and pick-and-place file to the quote tool. Add the Gerber if fabrication is included.

  2. 2Availability check and quote

Each part number is checked for availability; parts and assembly are quoted together. Parts needing separate sourcing are flagged and confirmed later.

  3. 3Confirmation and payment guide

Once alternates are approved, final price and schedule are fixed. No cost before confirmation.

  4. 4Assemble, inspect, ship

Assembled and inspected boards ship in ESD packaging. Leftover parts are returned with the boards.

Files required

  • BOM: orderable part number, quantity, designator — not schematic symbol names
  • Pick-and-place: designator, X, Y, rotation, side
  • Assembly drawing or Gerber with silkscreen (for polarity and pin 1)
  • Notes: parts excluded from assembly, hand-solder parts, do-not-populate (DNP)

Quantity and terms

Minimum
Due to material kitting, assembly starts from 2 boards of one design.
Prototypes
2–10 boards. Schedule includes alternate approval and stencil fabrication.
Small production
10 and above. Per-board assembly cost drops with quantity; run as panels.
Lead time
Depends on parts availability. After the availability check we give a total schedule in business days.

Upload your BOM

We confirm availability and an estimate. No cost before confirmation.

Frequently asked

I already have boards and only need assembly.

Yes. In the parts & SMT tab of the quote tool, enter the board quantity and upload the BOM.

My BOM only has schematic symbol names.

We look up the parts and return a BOM with orderable part numbers for your approval, including package specs where unclear.

What about EOL parts?

We propose pin-compatible alternates. If none fits, the part is flagged for separate sourcing and confirmed with you.

Can you assemble a single board?

Minimum is 2 boards. Stencil and setup cost the same regardless of quantity, so 2 boards cost about the same as 1.

Do you test after assembly?

Standard is appearance, polarity and power-on continuity. Provide a test procedure and criteria and we run functional tests too.
