Detailed rules such as minimum trace/space and minimum hole are checked during our Gerber review; if something needs to change we tell you how first.
How it proceeds
- 1Upload Gerber
Drop a Gerber ZIP into the quote tool; it reads size and layer count and shows price and lead time per specification.
- 2Confirm spec and quantity
Choose thickness, finish, color and quantity; the price recalculates on the spot.
- 3Gerber review and payment guide
After intake we review the Gerber: missing layers, drill files, outline, silkscreen overlap — caught before fabrication.
- 4Fabricate, inspect, ship
After fabrication we check appearance and dimensions, pack in ESD bags and ship. Tracking is sent by email.
Quantity and lead time
- Samples
- From 5 pieces of one design. The most common order for design verification.
- Small batch
- 10–100 pieces. Prototype distribution, first deliveries.
- Production
- 100 and above. Panel design and per-quantity pricing proposed separately.
- Lead time
- Shown in business days by the quote tool per specification and quantity. For urgent orders, note it in the request and we offer the fastest available schedule.
Worth checking before ordering
- Gerber layer count matches the design (number of copper files)
- Drill file included and units (mm/inch) correct
- Outline layer is a closed contour
- Solder mask openings and silkscreen overlap
- Stackup specification attached if impedance control is needed

Frequently asked
I only have Altium or KiCad files, no Gerber.
We generate the Gerber from your design files and deliver it along with the boards.
Can I order just one board?
The minimum is 5 pieces of one design. The 5-piece sample price is close to what a single board would cost.
How are impedance boards handled?
Send a stackup specification, or we propose the layer structure and trace widths before fabrication.
Can assembly be included?
Turn on SMT in the quote tool and both are received in one order. A BOM and placement file are required.
What if the Gerber has a problem?
We review before ordering and tell you the issue and the fix first. Nothing goes to fabrication unconfirmed.
