• —When submitting a request (optional): company name, information contained in uploaded files
• —For payment: remitter name and transaction records (the Company does not separately store bank account numbers or other financial credentials)
• —Where delivery is required: recipient name, address and contact number
• —Collected automatically: access logs, browser type and other service usage records
• —When accessing training materials: the affiliation and name you enter, IP address and the approximate region derived from it, access time and browser information (to verify access)

Data is collected through the request form on the website, email enquiries and the payment process.

2. Purposes of Processing

• —Reviewing requests, replying with quotations and consultation
• —Performing contracts and providing fabrication, assembly and printing services
• —Payment, settlement and issuing tax invoices
• —Delivering Deliverables
• —Responding to enquiries and handling disputes
• —Verifying access to training materials and preventing misuse

3. Retention Period

Personal data is destroyed without delay once the purpose of processing is achieved, except where retention is required by law.

• —Records on contracts and withdrawal of orders: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• —Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (same Act)
• —Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (same Act)
• —Records on electronic financial transactions: 5 years (Electronic Financial Transactions Act)
• —Tax invoices and transaction evidence: 5 years (Value-Added Tax Act and others)
• —Enquiry materials where no contract was concluded: 1 year from receipt
• —Training material access records: 1 year from access

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not provide personal data to third parties beyond the purposes stated above, except where the User has given prior consent or where a lawful request is made by an investigative authority under applicable law.

5. Outsourcing of Processing

The Company entrusts personal data processing as follows.

The Company includes provisions necessary for the safe management of personal data in its outsourcing agreements and discloses any change to entrusted work through this policy.

The items, timing and method of overseas transfer are as set out above. Users may refuse overseas transfer, although this may limit their use of the Services.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Users may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal data by contacting the privacy officer below. The Company will act without delay.

Where a User requests correction of an error, the Company will not use the data concerned until the correction is complete.

7. Destruction of Personal Data

• —Procedure: personal data is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose is achieved.
• —Method: electronic files are permanently deleted by means that prevent recovery; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
• —Uploaded files such as schematics and Gerber data are deleted from storage once the retention period following contract completion has elapsed.

8. Security Measures

• —Access control: access to processing systems is limited to the minimum number of personnel
• —Encryption in transit: HTTPS is applied across the entire website
• —Storage access control: uploaded files are held in private storage and cannot be accessed directly from outside
• —Retention of access logs and protection against tampering
