We produce enclosures, test jigs, brackets and other mechanical parts using FDM and SLA printing. We can also help design enclosures that fit your board dimensions.

Minimum order is $10 for FDM and $15 for SLA. Small parts can be bundled into one order under that minimum. SLA gets cheaper with a longer lead time (economy, 12–15 days) and a rush option (2–3 days) is available. The estimate appears the moment you upload; nothing is charged until you confirm.

Parts up to 400 mm per side are quoted instantly. Larger parts are printed in sections and joined — mention it in the request.

Lead time
FDM standard 3–4 days · rush 1–2 days. SLA standard 4–5 days · economy 12–15 days (cheapest) · rush 2–3 days (incl. wash and post-cure). To dispatch; add 1–2 days for painting.

    We check printability after submission and send payment instructions. If something needs fixing, we tell you how first.

  4. 4Print · inspect · ship

    Dimensions are checked, then parts are padded and shipped by courier. Tracking is sent by e-mail.

File checklist

  • Units in mm — STL saved in inches or cm comes out 25× or 10× too big and the quote goes wrong.
  • Manifold (watertight) mesh — slicers fill holes arbitrarily, so run a repair pass before exporting.
  • Fit clearance — leave 0.2–0.3 mm per side where a board or part slides in, so nothing has to be forced.
  • Minimum wall — 1.2 mm for FDM, 0.8 mm for SLA. Thinner walls tear or warp while printing.
  • STEP is welcome too — if the design needs a tweak, having STEP makes it much faster.

No STL? We design board-fit enclosures

KEMI is also a PCB design house. Send your Gerber files or board dimensions and we design an enclosure with connector cut-outs, mounting holes and LED windows, then print it. If we made or ordered the board for you, we use its files directly.

FAQ

Can I order just one piece?

Yes. As long as the minimum ($10 FDM · $15 SLA) is met, quantity 1 is fine.

How do I choose a colour?

FDM comes in white, black and grey by default; other colours on request subject to stock. For an exact colour, the paint option is the reliable route.

Will the part be strong enough?

PETG or ABS with High infill handles screw bosses and snap clips. Tell us the use case for parts under repeated load and we set orientation and infill accordingly.

Is my file safe?

STL files are used only for quoting and printing and are never shared. Files from requests that do not proceed are deleted on request.
