Ordering, payment and refunds
- After ordering, email us your files (Gerber, STL or schematic). We review them and start production.
- Payment is by bank transfer; transfer details are sent by email once the quote is confirmed.
- Full refund before production starts. If cancelled mid-way, we refund the balance after deducting work already performed.
- If a defect is attributable to us, tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will remake it free of charge or refund you.
